Available flavors come in 4 oz glass jars with a bamboo lid and spice shaker insert. Current flavors are German Red, Smoked German Red, Early Purple Italian (powder or lightly granulated), Asian Tempest, Elephant Garlic and an Elephant Garlic special blend with several garlic varieties for a unique flavor.
