Our fresh seasonal garlic scapes are a must-try for garlic lovers. These long, curly stalks offer a strong garlic flavor that can be used in a variety of dishes. Plus, if you're feeling adventurous, you can pickle them, dehydrate or freeze dry them into a flavorful powder or minced to use all year round.

Our garlic scapes are sold per scape and we do not trim to keep them as clean and fresh as possible . We will only ship if ordering more than 30 scapes in a single order, otherwise pick up is available at the farmstand.

Shipping is only available within the continental United States for orders over 30 scapes.
